Two prenatal visits (in-person or virtual)
Continuous support during labor and birth
Phone/text support from 38 weeks until birth
Postpartum Support
$140.00
$35/hour (4 hour min block)
In-home support focused on newborn care, parent rest, and household help
Light meal prep, sibling support, baby soothing, and emotional check-ins
Available weekdays and limited weekends
